About the Role

ERM Indonesia is seeking motivated interns to support sustainability consulting projects in our Indonesia office. The internship offers hands‑on exposure to global sustainability challenges across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemicals, Power, Technology, Manufacturing, and Construction.

3–6 months.

• Undergraduate student in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Marine Biology, Sociology, Ecology, or similar (Air, Noise, etc.) completing or in the final year of studies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi‑task and excellent organizational skills.
• Can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong report writing and analytical/critical thinking skills.
• Ability to take direction and work as part of multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Solid oral communication skills, including presentation delivery.
• Prepared for an APAC environment.
