Established as a fully licensed consulting entity in 2025, the firm delivers architectural, structural, and MEP engineering services in compliance with Indonesian building regulations and authority requirements, supporting projects from early concept development through detailed design, construction documentation, and statutory approvals, including PBG and SLF submissions.
Job RoleThe Lead Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer is the designated expert for water supply, sanitation, and fire suppression systems. You will lead the design of life-safety systems and plumbing infrastructure, ensuring they are robust, compliant with local regulations, and ready for statutory PBG/SLF certification.
Key Responsibilities- Engineering Leadership:
Act as the Penanggung Jawab for Plumbing & Fire Protection, taking accountability for system safety and compliance. - Design Accuracy:
Prepare and approve hydraulic calculations, fire protection layouts (sprinklers/hydrants), and plumbing diagrams for regulatory submission. - Statutory Liaison:
Coordinate with local authorities to ensure Fire Protection designs meet specialized safety standards for PBG/SLF. - Operational Guidance:
Direct junior engineers and drafters in creating accurate construction documents. - Site Alignment:
Review material submittals and shop drawings to verify compliance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field, with valid STRI and SKA/SKK Level 8 (Ahli Madya) in Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection design on industrial or regulated development projects, including responsibility as Engineer-in-Charge.
- Expertise in plumbing and sanitary systems, including cold/hot water supply, waste‑water, and vent system design, and in active fire protection systems such as sprinklers, hydrants, foam, and fire pumps, with mastery of international and local fire safety standards (NFPA & SNI).
- Proficient in hydraulic calculation software for fire protection and water systems, AutoCAD for 2D layouts, and basic ETABS/SAP
2000 for structural coordination. - Professional English for technical communication with stakeholders, detail-oriented, technically rigorous, with strong coordination and communication skills, and able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
