We are now looking for a Technical Services Pumps based in Jakarta. This role will be responsible for services duties (pump repairs, refurbishing and assembly) as well as on-site mechanical repairs, inspections, adjustments and other service activities relating to pumps.

Responsible for workshop and on-site service, repair and maintenance duties on pumps. Key responsibilities will include:

• Repairing and refurbishing used pumps as well as assembling new pumps in Surabaya service facility, in accordance with OEM procedures.
• Carrying out hands on service work such as adjustments, installation, commissioning and operation of pumps on and off customer sites.
• Internal and external report writing at completion of every field service job.
• Conducting or assisting with investigations of customer failures regarding quality, tolerances, specifications and delivered conditions of products.
• Contributing to clients with technical evaluations and analyzing equipment and machine component failures.
• Providing solutions to customers and mechanical crews, solving practical on-the-job problems.
• Promoting company repair & service capabilities and obtaining ongoing works.
• Promoting the sales and usage of MO wear and spare parts.
• Identifying sales services opportunities for pumps, hydro cyclones, valves and hoses.

• Experience with maintenance and/or rebuild/assembly of slurry pumps
• Mechanical background qualification with at least 3 years experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, drawings, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Must have active driving license.
• Must be able to pass random medical and drug tests.
• Must be physically fit.
• Ability to travel with short notice.
• Ability to work away from home, for extended periods and extended hours, on weekends or as required.
• Customer in center
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT).
• Condition Monitoring Certifications (Vibration Analysis (Category I & II)).
• Electric Motor Fundamentals Knowledge, Controls and Automation (Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Control Panels & PLCs).
• Safety & Compliance knowledge (Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)).
