Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term operational and maintenance strategies.
- Lead and oversee operations and maintenance teams to achieve optimal performance.
- Manage budgets, resources, and large-scale projects with efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, including emergency planning.
- Build strong relationships with regulators, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 9-10 years of experience in operations/maintenance, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in in Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Physics.
- Prior involvement in engineering project teams, either as a Lead Engineer or a key team member.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Results-driven, innovative, and sustainability-focused mindset.
