** Senior Civil Engineer
** to join our Jakarta team and support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and civil projects across  this role, you will apply your strong technical expertise to
** develop practical, economical solutions**, lead delivery across multiple projects, and contribute to building lasting client relationships.
** Key responsibilities
**** Technical leadership & delivery
*** Apply deep technical knowledge to deliver
** effective and innovative engineering solutions
*** Lead projects from
** inception, concept, and detailed design through to delivery
*** Manage and review work of engineers to ensure
** quality and technical excellence
*** Delivery outcomes aligned with
** time, cost, and performance targets
**** Project & commercial management
*** Manage multiple projects, ensuring
** operational excellence and risk awareness
*** Plan, resource, and monitor work to meet
** budgets and client expectations
*** Understand financial impacts and contribute to
** successful project outcomes
**** Client & stakeholder engagement
*** Build strong client relationships through
** understanding needs and delivering value
*** Communicate technical solutions clearly to
** maximize client understanding
*** Support repeat business through
** trusted advisory and delivery excellence
**** Team contribution & leadership
*** Mentor and coach junior engineers and contribute to
** team capability growth
*** Collaborate effectively, contributing to
** team and project success
*** Communicate proactively to keep stakeholders informed on
** progress and timelines
**** About you
*** Tertiary qualification in
** Civil Engineering with >7 years' experience
*** Experience in a
** consulting engineering environment
*** Strong expertise in
** civil design and project delivery
*** Professional certification/registration (preferred)
* Strong communication skills (
** Bahasa Indonesia & English**)
* Proven ability to manage
** complex projects and stakeholders
