Specification & Project Development

Promote company products, services and technical solutions to architects, M&E consultants, and project developers/owner.

Ensure company products are specified in project design drawings and tender documents.

Track construction projects from design stage to tender and execution through updated pipeline.

Provide technical consultation and product presentations to consultants and designers.

Assist distributors and end customers with technical documentation, drawings, calculations, and product selection.

Support engineering teams during design development and project implementation.

Sales force background reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms, design institutes, universities, consultants, and developers.

Organize technical seminars, product training, and specification workshops.

Gather competitor and market information to support business strategy.

Full time
