- Pendidikan S1 Teknik
- Minimal 12 tahun pengalaman sebagai Process Engineer, khususnya di industri minyak & gas, petrokimia, manufaktur, atau EPC.
- Memiliki pengalaman langsung dalam project execution, termasuk design, development, commissioning, atau troubleshooting sistem proses.
- Pernah terlibat dalam tim engineering project baik sebagai lead engineer atau anggota kunci.
- Berpengalaman dalam perhitungan estimasi proyek (project estimator), termasuk:
- Perhitungan kebutuhan material & equipment
- Estimasi waktu dan biaya (cost & schedule)
- Menyusun deliverables untuk tender / proposal
