PT Arnawarma Mineral Jaya is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Sr. Supervisor to join our team in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Civil Engineer Sr. Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. • Supervising and coordinating the work of civil engineering teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Reviewing and approving engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Preparing detailed progress reports and documentation, and communicating project status to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior civil engineering role, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, design methods, and construction techniques.
• Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the civil engineering industry.
