Field Service Engineer

The Installation & Service Engineer will be responsible for managing installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities across Southeast Asia. This role requires strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, along with hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, project coordination, and contractor supervision. Experience in dairy farm operations or agricultural environments will be an added advantage.

• Execute installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems at customer sites
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
• Support multiple project implementations across SEA countries

• Conduct service visits for equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Perform preventive and periodic maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide technical solutions and timely issue resolution to customers

• Collaborate closely with HQ on project planning, execution, and reporting
• Ensure alignment with global standards and procedures

• Supervise and manage external contractors during installation and project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications

• Design and develop layout drawings for parlors and farm setups
• Utilize AutoCAD to produce accurate and functional technical drawings

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• Proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawing and layout design
• Strong background in electrical systems (preferred)
• Experience in dairy farm industry or agricultural projects is a plus
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel frequently across SEA countries
