Engineering & Construction Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical‑Electronic / Physics Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering & construction in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / power plant & EPC with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Familiar with engineering design, procurement coordination, construction execution, commissioning & start‑up, project control & scheduling, risk management, QA/QC, and HSE implementation
- Knowledge of international standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, IEC, ANSI, ISO
- Ability to read PFD, P&, GA drawing, isometric, SLD, layout
- Experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, ERP
- Problem‑solving oriented with negotiation, coordination, and leadership skills
Qualification:
- Minimum S1 in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Physics Science
- Minimum 3 years of site experience in servicing, commissioning and repairing instrumentation equipment (online analyzers, flowmeters, transmitters, etc.)
- Ability to read instrumentation schematics and perform maintenance
- Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in pumps, compressors, gas & steam turbines, or electrical equipment (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems & equipment
- Fresh graduates acceptable
