* Minimum
** 5 years of professional experience
** in structural engineering and site supervision.
* Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
* Experience in structural consultancy as a structural engineer is advantageous.
* Ability to coordinate with design teams and ensure compliance with engineering standards.### Senior Site Engineer CL06
* Minimum
** 10 years of professional experience
** in structural engineering and site supervision.
* Proven track record of managing complex site projects and leading engineering teams.
* Strong background in structural consultancy prior to site engineering roles is highly desirable.
* Expertise in interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and ensuring quality control.## Responsibilities
* Carefully supervise all site construction work for civil and structure to make sure it follows design plans and safety rules.
* Work closely with consultants, contractors, and project teams to quickly solve technical problems.
* Inspect the site regularly and give clear technical advice to junior engineers and site workers.
* Make sure project deadlines are met on time without lowering quality or safety standards.
* Represent the company on site, keeping good communication and coordination with everyone involved.
* Work together with other disciplines to avoid conflicts during construction and coordinate with other consultants on site.
* Act as the company representative on site, maintaining effective communication and coordination.
* Facilitate interdiscipline collaboration to prevent clashes during construction and coordinate with other discipline consultants on site.## Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
* Adequate knowledge for structure (had an experience working as structural engineer in a consultant firm like Beca or others)
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
