LNG & LNG-to-Power IPP Bid Manager (Technical)

We are seeking an experienced and highly structured professional to lead developer‑side bid preparation and project development support for LNG‑to‑Power and Gas IPP projects across Asia, the Middle East, and emerging markets. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, interface with commercial structuring, and project bankability. The successful candidate will develop technical design assumptions to produce competitive, bankable IPP bid submissions and coordinate with technical teams, financial advisors, sponsors, EPC contractors, and lenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • IPP Bid Preparation & Coordination: lead and develop LNG‑to‑Power and Gas IPP competitive bid documents, reports, and ensure compliance with RFP and tender requirements.
  • Technical Integration & Development: define overall LNG‑to‑Power configuration (FSRU / Onshore Terminal + CCGT), establish key technical parameters (plant capacity and configuration, availability guarantees, heat‑rate assumptions, LNG storage and regasification capacity), identify interface risks between the LNG terminal and the power plant, and align engineering assumptions with financial model requirements.
  • IPP Project Development: develop early‑stage feasibility studies, support site assessment and configuration optimization, participate in sponsor discussions and project strategy development, assist in the development of bankable project documentation, and be directly involved in at least two to three IPP bidding cycles (developer‑side preferred).
  • Financial Coordination: support and coordinate financial model inputs with technical assumptions and interface with lenders and financial advisors.
Qualifications
  • 10‑12 years of experience in the LNG, Oil & Gas (O&G) industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering + MBA.
  • Exposure to LNG‑to‑Power or Gas‑to‑Power projects, particularly in Asia, the Middle East, or emerging markets.
  • Experience coordinating financial model inputs with technical assumptions.
  • Experience interfacing with lenders and financial advisors strongly preferred.
Location & Benefits
  • Location:

    Jakarta, with potential regional travel.
  • Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance‑based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Supportive work environment encouraging career growth.
