Purpose:

Responsible for the well testing engineering design & support for assigned wells & projects these includes exploration and development wells. The said work is to be done to allow execution of well testing/well clean-up to be conducted in a safe, environmentally acceptable & efficient manner, and shall be undertaken in accordance with Company and International engineering standards, processes & practices to ensure compliance with government regulations.

The Senior Well Testing Supervisor shall also assist in the mentoring/development of junior staff.

• Develop and execute well testing and cleanup programs in line with well objectives, Company policies, DWES, SKKMIGAS, and industry best practices.
• Prepare Well Testing Concept, WT BOD, and related programs based on scopes from Exploration and Reservoir Engineering.
• Ensure safe, cost‑effective, and efficient execution of well testing and cleanup operations within approved SOW and AFE.
• Coordinate closely with Exploration/Subsurface, FPSO/Facilities, SPS, and Drilling teams to ensure well objectives are met.
• Lead and manage HAZOP/HAZID processes, ensure full implementation, and close out all action items.
• Oversee well testing, cleanup, and logistics operations, including SID review, equipment loadout planning, and site supervision.
• Ensure full compliance with HSSE requirements, government regulations, company procedures, and international standards.
• Lead engineering design activities including DST, subsea landing string, TCP/lower completion design, piping review, and MOC compliance.
• Manage well testing budgets, provide input to drilling budgets, and ensure activities remain within approved contracts and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement, staff performance management, and capture lessons learned to enhance future well testing operations.

• Minimum Engineering Degree e.g. Mechanical, Petroleum, Mining or equivalent
  .
• Good understanding of Drillingtechnology and upstream processes.

• Minimum of 15 years of deepwater Full Package Well Testing experience across multiple locations.
• Well Testing Operation (Experienced Full Package Deepwater Supervisor).
• Having experience in both roles as Service provider and Operator is preferred.

• Safety leader.
• Highly Skilled on the well testing design, completions, audits & reviews, good knowledge on the drillshipworkflow and piping design, project management, planning and resource allocation skills, negotiation & relationship building good communication and presentation skills, good interpersonal skills.
• IWCF well intervention Level 4./IADC Well Sharp subsea certified.
