Role Overview:Join a leading global facility management account as a Shift Lead Engineer. You will be the technical anchor for a world-class corporate site, ensuring the seamless operation of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of technicians during operational shifts.
- Ensure 100% uptime of MEP, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and manage emergency repairs.
- Maintain rigorous safety and compliance standards (K3).
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years in building maintenance or facility engineering.
- Strong leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification in electrical safety (K3 Listrik) is highly preferred.
