Mineral Geologist Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct geological mapping, sampling, and logging for mineral exploration projects
- Analyze geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to identify mineral potential
- Develop and update geological models and resource estimations
- Interpret drilling data and provide recommendations for further exploration
- Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and resource evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mining engineers and project managers
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Utilize software tools for geological modeling and data visualization
- Apply Python or other programming tools to automate data processing, analysis, and reporting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in mineral exploration or mining geology
- Strong understanding of mineral systems, ore genesis, and exploration techniques
- Experience with geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Surpac, Micromine)
- Ability to interpret drilling, geochemical, and geophysical datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to travel and work in remote exploration sites
