Senior Project Engineer

Position Overview

• Coordinate multidisciplinary project activities during fabrication, offshore hook‑up and commissioning phases.
• Interface with Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, QA/QC, HSSE, Hook‑Up, Commissioning, Client and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify critical issues and drive timely resolution of technical and execution matters.
• Ensure alignment between construction completion, mechanical completion and commissioning priorities.
• Support project reporting, planning and coordination meetings.
• Monitor the tracking of the Completion Management System.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with project HSSE requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5–10 years of experience in offshore oil & gas projects.
• Proven experience in EPCI execution of offshore wellhead platforms.
• Experience in Mechanical Completion, Hook‑Up and Commissioning activities.
• Good understanding of offshore platform systems and EPCI project execution.
• Familiarity with Mechanical Completion and Commissioning processes, systematisation and handover requirements.
• Knowledge of completion management systems and punch list management.
• Understanding of offshore construction and hook‑up activities.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage interfaces across multiple disciplines and contractors.
• Proactive problem‑solving and execution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding project schedules.
• Good stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
