Project Scheduler

• Maintain and monitor master plan schedule, including preparing and monitoring tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project schedule, integrating various contract packages into master plan schedule.
• Review contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to client.
• Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client.
• Develop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of project and mitigation plans.
• Interact with contractor and verify the project data to update project schedule and assess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim report.

• 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, preferably previous Data Center experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM, with experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and delivering project status reports required for large scale projects.
• Develops good working relationships with project team.
