Role
Purpose:
Provide dedicated interface management support for ORF and existing facilities integration activities to ensure safe and effective delivery across greenfield and brownfield scopes. The role is responsible for coordinating technical, operational, and execution interfaces while ensuring alignment with operations, shutdown planning, HSSE requirements, and project objectives.
- Manage and coordinate interfaces across ORF facilities, existing operational assets, and associated project packages.
- Develop and maintain interface registers, closure plans, and action tracking mechanisms.
- Coordinate engineering and execution activities across package boundaries and stakeholders.
- Support brownfield integration planning, shutdown activities, and tie‑in execution.
- Facilitate interface reviews and ensure alignment between engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Coordinate interface risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Ensure integration of hydrocarbon systems, utilities, power, controls, and facility operational requirements.
- Support commissioning, startup, and handover readiness activities.
- Maintain interface governance documentation and closure records within interface management systems (e.g., Coreworx).
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, operational requirements, and HSSE standards.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or other relevant disciplines).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in upstream oil & gas project execution. Demonstrated experience supporting ORF, brownfield integration, existing facilities modification, gas processing facilities, pipeline systems, or onshore EPC projects.
Skills Knowledge- Strong understanding of PTW, SIMOPS, shutdown planning, and MOC processes (particularly for ORF scopes).
- Good understanding of brownfield execution and integration with existing facilities.
- Knowledge of commissioning and startup readiness processes.
- Familiarity with interface management and project governance systems.
- Strong coordination, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Effective technical communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong planning and execution follow‑up capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools.
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces and maintain execution discipline within complex project environments.
