About the job Analyst, Environmental & ESG (Third Party Contractor)
Role
Purpose:
The Analyst, Environmental & ESG supports the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of Environmental and ESG performance for the Tangkulo Project. The role ensures alignment with Mubadala Energy corporate ESG framework, Indonesian regulations, and international standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support environmental permitting (AMDAL, technical approvals: air emission, wastewater, B3 waste)
- Monitor regulatory compliance and maintain compliance registers
- Support GHG emissions inventory, reporting, and decarbonization roadmap
- Assist ESG reporting, KPI tracking, and audit/assurance readiness
- Support ESG materiality assessment and stakeholder engagement
- Assist ESG risk integration into ERM framework
- Maintain ESG datasets and digital reporting tools
- Support ESG policy development and training programs
Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3–8 years experience in environmental/ESG roles in oil & gas or energy sector
- Experience with GHG accounting and ESG frameworks
Skills:
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations (PP 22/2021, PermenLHK, etc.)
2. Soft & Hard Skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
