Safety & System Supervisor; EHS

Responsibilities

• Organize & manage environmental metric, incident management & user data in comprehensive enterprise software platform used by large scale like Enablon.
• Socialize Wilmar EHS Group standards and develop safety procedures (if necessary) for Indonesia sites.
• Identify and socialize any updates on safety regulations to each site.
• Participate in Process Safety Audits.
• Develop yearly safety & system matrix training for Indonesia sites required by government regulation and EHS Wilmar standard.
• Deliver training to EHS personnel across Indonesia sites.
• Develop audit programs, review audit criteria and perform yearly internal audits of EHS.
• Assist sites in preparing for assessment of SMK3 implementation in accordance with PP No. 50 of 2012.
• Review safety data (hazard, near hit and incident) inputted into Enablon system.
• Manage, evaluate and develop Wilmar Online Permit To Work system for downstream sites.
• Participate in the Individual Development Program to enhance EHS personnel capabilities.
• Assist in preparing accurate OHS monthly report.
• Review and validate EHS monthly Key Performance Indicator.
• Act as leader for OHS audit team program.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences.
• At least 5 years of experience in safety at a manufacturing/industry company.
• General OHS Expert license or above.
• Certification as internal auditor of SMK3, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and experience in carrying out internal audits of OHS management systems.
• Experience in Process Safety Management Implementation.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and fire safety systems.
• Familiar with contractor safety management systems and preferred to hold an OHS Expert certification in construction.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership spirit, integrity, good communication skills and ability to work individually and in a team.
• Willingness to undertake business trips to all operational areas of the Wilmar group in Indonesia.
• Good English skills.
