About the Position
PT Pelsart Tambang Kencana is seeking an experienced Environmental Compliance Specialist to support environmental studies, environmental permitting, environmental compliance, and environmental data management activities in accordance with applicable regulations and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct environmental studies and environmental baseline data collection.
- Prepare and review environmental documents and technical documents, including AMDAL, UKL-UPL, and other supporting documents.
- Support environmental permitting processes and coordinate with regulators and related parties.
- Collect and evaluate environmental monitoring data, including water quality, air quality, noise, hazardous waste (Limbah B3), and biodiversity.
- Support the implementation of environmental regulations and fulfillment of environmental compliance requirements.
- Manage environmental data and documentation systematically for reporting, audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Conduct geospatial/GIS analysis to support environmental assessment and monitoring.
- Prepare technical environmental reports and support the development of the company environmental database.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Forestry, Geography, Earth Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental management and monitoring, preparation of environmental documents, or environmental permitting.
- Strong understanding of environmental and mining regulations.
- Familiarity with environmental document preparation and environmental permitting processes.
- Understanding of environmental management and monitoring.
- Proficiency in geospatial/GIS analysis for environmental assessment and monitoring.
- Experience in environmental data processing and analysis.
- Strong technical report writing skills.
- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning will be an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and sites.
