• Independently execute Field Service activities, including overhaul, repair, and troubleshooting of Wärtsilä equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues, perform adjustments, and conduct testing and trial runs of installations in line with established procedures.
• Inspect, maintain, and optimize auxiliary and propulsion systems.
• Prepare clear and accurate internal and external service reports in accordance with Wärtsilä standards.
• Manage time and expense reporting, ensuring timely submission and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise and guide Wärtsilä employees and subcontractors during service activities.
• Promote Wärtsilä products and services while engaging with customers on‑site.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence (OpExS) procedures within your scope of responsibility.
• Effectively utilize Field Service tools (FSM and related applications) to support service delivery.

• Build strong relationships with customers while identifying potential sales opportunities and business growth.
• Continuously enhance your technical expertise and professional capabilities through hands‑on experience.
• Communicate effectively in English (proficiency is an advantage).

• Deliver work with completeness and accuracy.
• Meet agreed lead times for service execution.
• Maintain high‑quality standards with minimal to zero rework.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and informative reporting (daily and weekly reports).

• Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia and overseas.
• Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering.
• Experience with Wärtsilä engines is a strong advantage.
• Around 4‑5 years of experience in a similar field service or engineering role.
