PT Ganesha Indonesia EPCM is an Engineering Consultant company that provides engineering design, project management, and construction management services for various industrial sectors.

We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team.

Responsible for planning, analyzing, and improving industrial processes, workflow systems, production layouts, and operational efficiency within engineering consultancy projects. The Industrial Engineer will support feasibility studies, process simulation, productivity analysis, capacity planning, manpower planning, and optimization studies for industrial facilities. The role also includes developing simulation models, analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, preparing technical reports, and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure that the proposed design and operational concept are efficient, reliable, and aligned with client requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, preferably in engineering consultant, EPCM, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, industrial facility, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, including process improvement, workflow analysis, facility layout, capacity planning, productivity analysis, and operational optimization.
• Must have specific capability in using Any Logic software for simulation modeling, process simulation, discrete event simulation, agent-based simulation, or system dynamics.
• Familiar with simulation analysis, data interpretation, and technical reporting.
• Able to prepare technical documents, presentations, and analysis reports for internal teams and clients.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including process, mechanical, electrical, civil, architecture, and project management teams.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
• Able to work under deadlines and adapt to project requirements.

• Experience in industrial facility planning, factory layout design, warehouse flow, production process, logistics flow, or manpower optimization.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or industrial building projects will be an advantage.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Visio, or other engineering and data analysis tools is preferred.
• Experience in preparing feasibility studies, simulation reports, and operational improvement recommendations.
