As a SHE Specialist, you will be instrumental in enabling safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operations, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements, Weir’s SHE standards, and ISO certifications, while fostering a strong safety culture across site activities.

What you’ll do Champion a strong safety-first culture, driving full compliance with the Zero Harm Framework and all safety requirements.

Ensure adherence to SHE regulations and company procedures, meeting all legislative and organisational standards.

Lead site risk assessments and incident investigations, implementing effective corrective actions to minimise hazards and prevent recurrence.

Integrate SHE principles into continuous improvement initiatives to enhance and sustain safe work practices.

Actively monitor and improve site safety and environmental performance daily, achieving measurable outcomes in compliance, incident reduction, and safety culture

What you’ll bring3–5 years’ experience in industrial safety or risk management within mining, petrochemical, or chemical sectors.

Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or Industrial Hygiene.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian WHS and environmental regulations, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Relevant certifications such as Ahli K3 Umum, Ahli K3 Pertambangan, POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama), and SMK3 Auditor.

Experience in contract roles and a demonstrated ability to drive safety culture transformation initiatives.

Proven capability in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and applying continuous improvement frameworks aligned to SHE practices.
