Service Engineer - UHT & Dairy Processing Systems

We are looking for a hands‑on Service Engineer to support installation, preventive maintenance, and overhaul activities for UHT and dairy processing systems. This role works closely with customers to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and long‑term service value.

• Plan and execute overhaul activities for UHT systems
• Perform crack testing and maintenance for Spray Dryer plants
• Conduct preventative maintenance for GEA equipment (e.g., Avapac, mixing plants)
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
• Support installation, servicing, and repair of dairy processing equipment
• Engage with customers to introduce and promote service offerings
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

• Strong experience in maintenance and servicing of industrial processing equipment
• Hands‑on knowledge of UHT systems, Spray Dryer plants, mixing plants for dairy/beverage processing
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with dairy processing (liquid and powder) operations
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform structured troubleshooting
• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Control & Automation Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant service or maintenance experience in industrial environments
• Good command of technical English
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently
• Nice to have:
  Experience with GEA equipment or similar OEM systems
• Nice to have:
  Exposure to regional or on‑site customer support roles
• Nice to have:
  Understanding of food processing industry standards and safety practices
