Chief Engineer; Pre Oakwood Slipi

Responsibility

• Conduct handover & checklist with Project & Contractor for Pre‑Opening Project
• Oversee daily maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other systems
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company EHS standards
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
• Drive sustainability initiatives and cost‑saving efforts
• Manage repairs, renovations, and CAPEX projects
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors
• Handle engineering‑related guest requests promptly
• Prepare and manage departmental budget

Minimum 3 years in a managerial position in the hospitality industry.

Prior experience in handling pre‑opening projects would be a plus.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal (will report directly to expatriate GM).

Willing to work on‑site in Slipi, West Jakarta.
