Project Training Coordinator Services

Qualifications

• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of working experience in a major oil and gas company.
• Maximum age is 53 years old by end of December 2025.
• Experience managing large training projects.
• Functional knowledge of project and spreadsheet software.
• People focused with excellent interpersonal skills including communication & facilitation and is comfortable communicating with and coaching people at all levels of the organization.
• High performing individual – competent and able to set aside personal desires, interests and biases for the sake of a successful project or program.
• Dedicated individual – history of doing whatever it takes to create a successful project outcome, comfortable with pressure and uncertainty.
• Experience and knowledge about business in a major oil & gas company – knows the way around with EPCI contractor and project company.
