Senior Electrical Engineer

Join our growing Indonesia Built Environment business and bring ideas to life for clients across a variety of building and infrastructure projects.

• Produce designs, documentation reports, proposals, and specifications, and perform calculations and analysis to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity.
• Contribute to project planning and assume responsibility for planning and managing resources of small projects or parts of larger projects.
• Conduct clarifications and technical meetings, execute feasibility studies, project definition, concept design, specifications, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with drafters for drafting checks and provide design reviews of electrical project proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of fee proposals, tenders, and specifications.
• Support tender evaluation for expressions of interest and capital works tenders, both technically and commercially.
• Complete analysis and design of power, lighting, lightning, earthing systems, and communications services.
• Prepare submission procedures and design standards.

• Degree in a relevant professional field.
• 12+ years of relevant professional or technical experience and/or specialization in buildings/industrial buildings.
• Experience in Data Centre or Telecommunications is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management ability.
• High‑level engineering consulting and client management skills.
• Experience delivering major or complex design projects to blue‑chip clients.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa, with strong commercial, analytical, and technical abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex engineering designs and solutions to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience or interest in managing projects from strategic and detailed planning through concept and detailed design.
