Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta

Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for Residential Energy Storage Systems (Residential ESS), Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage Systems (C&I ESS), and Utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Support the sales team by providing technical consultation, product recommendations, and technical presentations to customers.

Assist in preparing energy storage system solutions, product selection, system sizing, and technical proposals based on customer requirements.

Deliver product training to customers, distributors, installers, and partners, including product features, system architecture, installation requirements, and operation procedures.

Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, project presentations, exhibitions, and seminars together with the sales team.

Coordinate with the HQ engineering and product teams to communicate customer requirements, technical issues, and project progress.

Provide on-site or remote technical support during project implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product datasheets, installation manuals, technical presentations, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and application notes.

Build and continuously improve the company’s technical knowledge base to support both customers and the sales team.

Collect market feedback and competitor technical information, and provide suggestions for product improvement.

Support product launches, exhibitions, marketing activities, and technical demonstrations.

Perform other technical support tasks assigned by the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar roles in the renewable energy or electrical industry.
Experience in ESS/BESS, Solar PV, Lithium Battery, Inverter, UPS, Power Systems, Electrical Equipment, or Renewable Energy is preferred.
Good understanding of Energy Storage Systems (ESS/BESS), including Battery System, BMS, PCS, EMS, Inverter, and Transformer.
Familiar with Residential, Commercial & Industrial, and Utility-scale ESS applications.
Able to read electrical drawings, technical specifications, and installation manuals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written);
Mandarin is a plus.
Willing to travel frequently within Indonesia.
Experience with companies such as Huawei Digital Power, Sungrow, BYD, CATL, Growatt, Good We, Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, or Gotion is an advantage.
