About the Team:
The Infrastructure Engineering – Data Center Security and EHS Operations Team plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s global growth by embedding security and safety into its designs and buildings, while managing data centers in non-traditional environments that exemplify excellence in safety, sustainability, and security.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of regional EHS strategies that enable safe, sustainable, and high-performing data center operations.
  • Lead regulatory compliance programs, including audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring adherence to global and local standards.
  • Partner with vendors and colocation providers to strengthen EHS governance, risk controls, and operational readiness.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture through training, leadership engagement, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform continuous improvement across the region.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 years of progressive EHS experience in data center, hyperscale, or colocation environments with regional or global scope
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience managing EHS programs through third‑party vendors and partner ecosystems
  • Certified in First Aid/CPR/AED or equivalent (e.g., BLS, ALS)
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA 29/30, ANSI, ASME, NFPA, DOT, Clean Water Act, and RCRA requirements
  • Familiarity with FEMA ICS and NIMS frameworks (minimum ICS 100 and NIMS 700)
  • Solid understanding of RCRA compliance, including SQG and universal waste protocols
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks (NIST, CSF, CIS, ISO, SOC 2, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
  • Proven project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage quick turnarounds, and meet tight deadlines accurately
  • Proficient in interpreting safety and environmental regulations, operating procedures, and standards (e.g., OSHA, CFR, consensus standards)
