Strategic Engineer & Business Partnerships Lead

Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling civil, criminal, or other legal dispute cases. Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with various stakeholders. Demonstrates strong analytical and collaborative abilities and is proficient in Microsoft Office for administrative and reporting purposes.

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience or Diploma Degree (D3) with a minimum of 7 years of experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI), including advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively manage administration, documentation, and reporting activities.

Master’s Degree in Engineering or Science with a minimum of 10 years of experience in oil & gas/petrochemical projects, operations, or facility maintenance. Strong knowledge of engineering standards and practices within the oil and gas industry, with excellent technical analysis and communication skills. Capable of providing technical solutions, recommendations, mentoring, and coordinating performance evaluation and optimization activities to support operational and business objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science with a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects and facilities. Strong understanding of oil and gas industry standards, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Able to provide technical support and recommendations to operations and maintenance teams. Relevant certifications or professional licenses are an advantage.

Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) in Engineering or Science with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Possesses strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of industry standards. Capable of providing technical support, conducting problem analysis, and recommending solutions for operations and maintenance activities. Experience in improvement initiatives to enhance facility reliability and mitigate technical issues is preferred.

Relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage.

Able to initiate improvement programs to enhance facility reliability and mitigate operational technical issues.
