We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead – Simulation to lead engineering delivery and technical excellence for CADFEM Indonesia. This role will be responsible for managing complex simulation projects, mentoring engineers (FEA/CFD/EBU), supporting pre‑sales activities, and ensuring high‑quality technical engagement with customers.

The ideal candidate should have deep hands‑on experience in simulation along with leadership capability.

• Lead and oversee FEA and CFD simulation projects.
• Review modeling approaches, boundary conditions, and result interpretations.
• Ensure technical accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
• Guide the team in solving complex convergence and modeling challenges.
• Establish best practices for meshing, validation, and reporting.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers to define project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure on‑time and high‑quality project execution.
• Mentor FEA and CFD engineers.
• Support capability building and technical skill enhancement.
• Conduct internal knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Support sales team in technical discussions, solution presentations, and proposals.
• Participate in client meetings and technical workshops.
• Translate customer requirements into simulation strategies.

• Strong expertise in CFD (fluid flow, heat transfer, turbulence modelling, multiphysics).
• Hands‑on experience with ANSYS tools (Mechanical / Fluent / HFSS / Icepak / Maxwell etc.).
• Strong fundamentals in engineering mechanics and simulation theory.
• Ability to validate and interpret simulation results critically.
• Experience handling complex industrial applications.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5–6 years of hands‑on simulation experience.
• Experience in consulting or engineering services environment preferred.
• Exposure to industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, energy, or oil & gas is an advantage.
• Prior team leadership or project lead experience preferred.

• Customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent in Bahasa, Indonesia and English.
