Mubadala Energy is seeking a Lead, Operations Readiness in Jakarta, Indonesia, to manage all Operations Readiness activities during the EPCI phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring facilities are prepared for safe operations post-start-up.
With a minimum of 15 years in oil and gas, including leadership in operations readiness and offshore environments, the role requires strong planning and coordination skills. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is essential.
