Responsibilities
- Coordinating ongoing store projects, generating schedules and reports, and updating project information.
- Assisting in the analysis of plans and specifications to provide clear, trackable, and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
- Creating a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) after receiving the as-built design from the designer.
- Looking for a contractor to proceed to the bidding/BoQ stage.
- Capable of producing high-quality documentation (reports, specifications, requirements, etc.).
- Coordinating with mall representative for project implementation.
- Coordinating with principal brand regarding project concept, progress & development.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Able to operate Microsoft programs fluently (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD).
- Must have the courage to lead onsite contractors.
- Having experience in Retail industry (store build inside a mall) is a must.
- Fluent in English is a must.
