• Support technical activities related to PLC, HMI, and Industrial Automation solutions
• Assist in preparing technical demonstrations, application notes/video, and solution documentation
• Consolidate technical FAQs from distributors, system integrators, end end-users
• Coordinate with product specialists to publish technical content
• Support channel partner enablement and training activities
• Monitor technical inquiries and recurring issues from the field
• Responsible for PLC Club Indonesia, to increase traffic, number of members, engagement, and post & replies

• Basic knowledge about control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VSDs, SCADAs, Servo Drives and Axis, industrial communication protocols...)
• Intermediate level about PLC & programming languages (ladder, phyton, sequencer, structure text…)
• Intermediate video editing skills
• Proactive and structured work
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Fluency in English
• Active student with max 8th Semester of Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
