Resource & Modeling Development Engineer Supervisor

• Manage, validate, and maintain drilling databases to support geological modeling and resource estimation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC protocols to ensure geological data quality and integrity.
• Analyze QA/QC performance and recommend continuous improvements to data management processes.
• Plan, supervise, and evaluate drilling programs, including budgeting and cost control.
• Develop geological models and perform mineral resource estimation using geostatistical methods.
• Coordinate with the Grade Control team to optimize mining activities by minimizing ore loss and grade dilution.
• Conduct reconciliation between mining production and block models to evaluate resource performance.
• Prepare exploration reports and mineral resource estimates in accordance with SNI and KCMI standards.
• Prepare periodic reports on exploration progress, resource modeling, remaining reserves, and reconciliation results.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the geology and exploration team.
• Ensure all geology and exploration activities comply with HSE standards, mining regulations, and company SOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Geology.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the mining industry, preferably in nickel mining ( is an advantage) or experience in coal, quarry, and gold mining
• Proficient in mining software such as Surpac, Leapfrog, Vulcan, and ArcGIS/Arc Map.
• Strong knowledge of geostatistics, geological modeling, mineral resource estimation, and resource classification.
• Familiar with SNI and KCMI reporting standards.
• Experienced in geological database management and maintaining data integrity.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Candidates with good spoken and written English communication skills will be preferred.
