- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, including main panels, MCBs, cabling, lighting, and grounding systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues such as power outages, short circuits, load imbalances, and faulty electrical components while complying with safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems, including air conditioner operation, airflow, and temperature performance.
- Carry out light to medium building repairs, including painting, gypsum ceiling repairs, door hardware and lock maintenance, floor tile replacement, and office partition repairs.
- Monitor and record monthly electricity and water consumption.
- Manage the inventory of technical tools and spare parts, including lamps, cables, circuit breakers, pipes, paint, and maintenance toolkits.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, facilities, or building maintenance.
- Certified in Electrical Safety and/or K3 (Occupational Health & Safety).
- Able to read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and As-Built Drawings.
- Proficient in using electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
