Facility Coordinator

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Coordinator or a similar role.

Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Good knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing), fire protection systems, and facility operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with CMMS or Facility Management systems is an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
