- Monitor project progress and prepare reports to ensure work meets schedule and budget.
- Produce basic design concepts and drawings using CAD/BIM.
- Perform structural calculations for building safety.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, measurements, and inspections.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); other software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of civil standards, structural calculations, construction materials, and site methods.
- Knowledge of ME & Plumbing works.
- Able to read technical drawings and construction details.
- Capable of basic 3D modeling.
- Understand building functionality and design fundamentals.
