MEP Engineering

We are a company engaged in the Building Management currently require individuals selected to be placed as
Maintenance - MEP Technician (two positions available)

Responsibilities:

Manage all facility services related to power, cooling and building services.

Perform and supervise all required plant maintenance tasks, as well as produce all reports and documentation.

Manage and execute internal corporate and technical policies and procedures.

Witness testing of all equipment during startup with construction/installation representatives.

Respond on an as-needed basis to emergencies - such as system failures, fire alarms, etc., and arrange for backup when not available.

Implement and enforce corporate safety, health and environmental policies, to insure no adverse affect on the operation of the facility.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

At least 1-2 years of working experience in building maintenance is required for this position.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or equivalent.

Working Knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution, Dynamic and Static UPS, Diesel Generators, Fire Detection Systems, HVAC, Building Automation Systems, MVDP, LVMDP, SDP, CPGS, Programable Logic Control (PLC).

Working experience as fit-out division in high-rise building will be advantaged.

Preferably having knowledge in wire installation of building, especially building with data center operations (fiber optic, Meet-Me Room, etc.)

Have effective written and verbal communications skills

Willing to work irregular and/or rotating shifts, be available for on-call duty during off-hours

Preferably domiciled in Jakarta.
