Our client is a General Trading (Thermoplastic) company
. Currently, they are looking for CAD Tooling Specialist
.

• Analyze customer design files and CAD drawings to determine tooling requirements.
• Coordinate the design, modification, and optimization of tooling, including molds, jigs, and dies, based on product specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on tooling usage, manufacturing processes, processing temperatures, materials, and chemical selection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production, including product quality concerns such as color variations and process-related problems.
• Collaborate closely with customers from the product development stage through mass production to ensure products meet quality and technical requirements.
• Work with internal engineering and production teams to improve tooling performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations related to tooling and production processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of tooling design and manufacturing processes, including molds, jigs, and dies.
• Proficient in CAD software and able to interpret engineering drawings.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industrial chemicals.
• Experience in providing technical support and solutions to customers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
