Senior Structure Manager

Lead and oversee structural engineering, design, and construction activities from planning to project completion. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and project teams while ensuring all structural works meet required standards for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

Key responsibilities

Lead and oversee structural engineering, design, and construction activities from planning to project completion

Review and ensure structural designs, calculations, drawings, and specifications comply with applicable standards and regulations

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved

Monitor structural construction quality, progress, and compliance with approved designs and specifications

Identify structural risks and provide effective technical solutions to project challenges

Review and evaluate structural engineering proposals, methods, materials, and technical submissions

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering and project teams

Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for structural issues or deviations

Support project planning, budgeting, value engineering, and cost optimization related to structural works

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or a related field

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in structural engineering, with proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role

Strong experience in building construction, property development, or large-scale projects

Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, materials, and applicable engineering standards

Proficient in reading and reviewing structural drawings, calculations, and technical documents

Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Able to work independently and make sound technical decisions

Professional certification in structural engineering will be an advantage
