Responsibilities
Manage daily interactions across channels and groups (comments, DMs, etc.)
Determine themes and communication flow across digital platforms (live sessions, channels, groups)
Maintain active and relevant engagement
Monitor user sentiment and feedback
Extract insights from conversations
Plan and execute community activities, such as:
Discussions
Polls
Light challenges
Adjust topics based on user insights
Increase participation and engagement during live sessions
