As a Live Stream Producer, you will:
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce live streaming operations across all brands on Tik Tok and Shopee
- Develop and execute strategic live streaming plans (monthly, weekly, daily, and campaign-based), including scripting, product positioning, gimmicks, and overall live flow
- Oversee live streaming design for both daily and campaign activities, including briefing team leads and operators on visual direction
- Lead collaborations with KOLs and affiliates, covering strategy, visual concept, product selection, gimmicks, host selection, and live flow execution
- Drive KPI achievement and ensure all performance targets
- Analyze dashboard data and translate insights into actionable briefs and comprehensive reports
- Evaluate and approve cross-division requests based on feasibility and business impact
- Monitor daily live streaming performance to ensure smooth and continuous execution
- Manage and control budget allocation for live streaming activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce live streaming (Tik Tok Shop, Shopee Live, or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of live streaming strategies, including content planning, product selling techniques, and audience engagement
- Experience working with KOLs, affiliates, and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve KPI and sales targets
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail (visual, script, and live execution)
- Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control
