Producer, Entertainment & Gaming, TV ​/ Film Production

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-production to final delivery
• Build production schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate internal creative and technical teams
• Manage external vendors, freelancers, and production partners
• Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
• Identify production risks and proactively solve problems
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and production trackers
• Support business development by preparing quotations, production plans, and project presentations when needed

• 3+ years experience as Producer, Project Manager, Account Executive, Production Coordinator, or related roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of commercial production workflows
• Experience working with creative teams and production crews
• Able to build schedules, budgets, and production plans independently
• Solution-oriented and calm under pressure
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, and project management tools

• Experience in animation production
• Experience with post-production workflows
• Experience working with AI-assisted creative pipelines
• Understanding of VFX, CGI, virtual production, or XR workflows
• Experience managing large-scale commercial or film productions
