We are seeking a Partnerships Manager specializing in the Entertainment & Leisure industry. This role focuses on identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new partners particularly from Entertainment & Leisure industry, retail groups, POS providers, voucher providers, and mall leasing networks. The ideal candidate has strong industry connections and a proven track record of driving merchant acquisition.
Job Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants in the Entertainment & Leisure (Cinemas, theme parks, attractions, karaokes, and gaming centers, etc) industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners.
- Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities within the retail ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration of new merchants.
- Achieve monthly merchant acquisition and revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Able to join immediately (ASAP).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Entertainment & Leisure industry, POS companies, voucher platforms, retail groups, or mall leasing departments.
- Strong communication skills and a high willingness to grow the business aggressively.
- Proven merchant acquisition experience and strong industry database in Entertainment & Leisure industry.
- Primary focus on hunting and securing new merchant partnerships.
