• Edit video content for the game and esports social channels — version updates, gameplay highlights, match recaps, MVP clips, event content
• Produce short‑form video for Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts with strong platform‑native pacing and energy
• Produce longer‑form content for You Tube including match reviews, team features, and season recaps
• Handle Indonesia market localisation: add accurate, colloquial Indonesian subtitles with local audio and cultural adaptation; assist with English content output for other markets as needed
• Deliver match‑day highlight clips quickly after matches end; fast turnaround on live events is a core expectation of this role

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent professional editing software
• Deep familiarity with Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, and Instagram Reels — knows what editing rhythm, transitions, and audio actually work on these platforms
• Strong platform instincts: knows what kind of opening hooks viewers, what sound effects land emotionally, and what pacing fits gaming content — stays current with trending formats
• A genuine gaming or esports content consumer — regularly watches gaming videos and has an intuitive feel for what resonates with players
• English could be working language
• Able to deliver reliably under deadline pressure; match‑day fast‑turnaround scenarios are a real part of this job

• Basic motion graphics or visual effects capability
• Candidates with voice acting experience or relevant skills are preferred
