Production Manager

We’re hiring a Production Manager to oversee on-site esports broadcast, content production and related operations. You will align internal production demands with local vendors, coordinating equipment, venues, permits, transport, catering, staff and all logistics for content & broadcast teams.
We prioritize candidates familiar with Indonesia’s production industry, capable of sourcing trustworthy suppliers and resolving on-location issues quickly.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain a reliable network of local production vendors, including camera and lighting equipment suppliers, studios and filming locations, production crews and freelancers, broadcast and technical vendors, transportation and logistics providers, and catering and production-support services.
- Source, compare, and recommend vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and production suitability.
- Support the execution of content shoots, interviews and documentary productions, esports broadcasts, studio productions, and on‑site production activities.
- Coordinate location scouting, venue bookings, filming permissions, and local approvals.
- Arrange equipment rental, delivery, setup schedules, collection, and return.
- Coordinate production crews, suppliers, transport, accommodation, catering, and on‑site logistics.
- Prepare and maintain production schedules, call sheets, vendor contact lists, and execution plans.
- Collect quotations and support production budget tracking, cost comparison, and expense control.
- Coordinate equipment transportation, including international shipping, customs documentation, temporary import procedures, and local clearance when required.
- Anticipate production risks and resolve operational issues before and during production.
- Work closely with the Head of Production, Content & Broadcast Lead, and creative teams to ensure each project is delivered on time and within the agreed budget.
- Experience in production, advertising, television, film, events, live entertainment, broadcast, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of the Indonesian production ecosystem and local vendor resources.
- Ability to identify reliable suppliers and avoid low-quality or unsuitable vendors.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational ability and attention to practical details.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and changing schedules.
- Willingness to work on‑site and outside when required.
- Comfortable working with both local and international team members.
- Existing relationships with production houses, studios, rental companies, broadcasters, or event vendors.
- Experience handling filming permits, venue agreements, or government approval processes.
- Experience coordinating equipment shipping, customs clearance, or temporary imports.
- Experience supporting both video shoots and live broadcasts.
