Event & Operations Assistant

We are a leading lightbox display and event solutions provider, specializing in easy-to-build lightbox systems, interactive event services (such as laser engraving activities, photo booths), and customized corporate gifts.

• Event On-site Setup:
  Assist with transporting and setting up lightbox booths and event equipment (photo booths, laser engraving machines) on event/exhibition sites.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management:
  Organize, inspect, and maintain stocks of lightbox frames, exhibition displays, and gift items when there are no active event projects.
• Showroom Customer Reception:
  Welcome and assist visiting clients, present lightbox solutions and product samples, and support basic daily administrative tasks.

• Hands-on attitude, responsible, and physically capable of handling event setup and equipment transport.
• Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
• Previous experience in event setup, exhibition operations, warehouse management, or advertising is a plus (fresh graduates with strong willingness to learn are welcome).
• Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings depending on event project schedules.
