• Review all financial submissions from users (e.g., payment requests, expense reimbursements, cash advances, purchase orders) for accuracy, completeness, and validity.
• Ensure all required supporting documents (invoices, receipts, approvals, contracts, etc.) are attached and compliant with company policies.
• Check accuracy of tax calculations, payment terms, and vendor details.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth end-to-end financial processes.
• Coordinate with requesters and approvers to resolve discrepancies or missing information before processing payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and daily transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Accurate, or similar) would be an advantage.
• Familiar with Airtable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
